All-Region Choir------a wonderful success for the LHS and LJH choir programs. LISD is well represented with 6 LJH and 17 LHS students in their respective choirs.

Livingston High School choir students participated in the All-Region Clinic and Concert on Friday and Saturday, November 6-7 at the Julie Rogers Theatre in Beaumont. Students rehearsed with clinicians brought in from all over the state to conduct the Mixed, Treble and Tenor-Bass choirs. This year's participants are Allie Hughes, Andrea Hughes, Shae Kirkpatrick, Ashley Barlow, Kaitlyn Longino, Elissa Clausen, Reagan Myers, Aubri Alexander, Casey Vickery, Landon Parker, Steve Goin, Anfernee Wilson, Michael Richardson, Miguel Garcia, Bryan Shuler, Brandon Beavers and Nicholas Robinson.

This year's MS/JH All-Region Choir will be held at the First Baptist Church in Vidor. LJH students selected for this year's region choirs are Jaime Gaston, Amanda Kendrick, Mary Katherine Scott, Aeryn Myers, Donta' Stephens and Ian Rushing.

On Thursday, November 29th, four of our High School choir members traveled to West Brook High School in Beaumont to participate in the 3rd round of auditions leading up to the All-State audition in January. They were Nimi Goin, Shawna Hoover, Andrea Hughes and Nathan Blakley. Of these, Nathan was selected to proceed to the All-State audition at Deer Park HS on January 5th, while Shawna was selected 1st alternate.
