I come from a strong, loving, and deeply rooted family here in Livingston, TX. I married my high school sweetheart, Brandon Pipes in October of 2005. In April of 2007, we welcomed our son Carson into our lives! He is now 16 months old, and such a joy to Brandon and I!
My Education
Livingston, TX has been my home for more than 25 years now. I graduated from Livingston High School in 2001. Upon graduating High School, I went to Texas A&M University where I completed my Bachelors Degree. During my years spent at Texas A&M, I took several education courses. These classes opened up opportunities for me to work with children of all ages. I truly loved my time spent with these kids, and I know this experience sparked my desire to become an educator.
My Teaching Philosophy
I believe each and every child can learn. Children have different ways of receiving and retaining the information that’s presented. That’s where the job of the teacher comes in. I plan to make it my responsibility to present every lesson in a way that every child can benefit from. I am also a big believer in Teacher/Parent teamwork!
