What are Fitness Stations?
Fitness stations are 12 - 15 different activities set up around the gym. The students travel in a small group from station to station and perform skills that have been previously taught in class. Each station works on different components of fitness: strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination, and activity skills. The students have a great time working out but leave the gym with “pink cheeks” and beads of sweat rolling off their foreheads!
