Ignore the writing on the picture...what I want you to see is that on the left his wrists break.
On the right his wrists stay together one doesn't turn over the other.
Putting
This picture illustrates is keeping the end of the putter pointed at your belly button. This promotes both a smooth stroke and keeps your wrists out of it which causes inconsistencies.
